a lot of down time, a lot of personal time to mess about on the internet, decent pay, easy job

Cons

micromanaging leaders, leadership lies about incentives and bonuses consistently , nepotism and patronage is rampant

Pros

The pay and benefits are really good. I enjoy my colleagues and the company makes a good attempt at social activities (either a full lunch or snack food once a month, contests, philanthropy, etc.).

Cons

It is a very stressful and unorganized environment. Expectations are extremely high and you are not really given the tools to meet those expectations.

Sort of fun, flexible working hours.

Cons

Not professional. Too many problems in production. QA team don't know how to go detail to identify and solve problems. They tend to avoid and hide problems. Hostile to innovation and innovative people.
