Pros

great pay, good flexible scheduling, EXCELLENT PRODUCT (the only thing that keeps this company afloat is how awesome the product is, it sells itself!)

Cons

This is a company where they might pay you well but the environment is so negative and the people are so unprofessional it makes you say forget the money or the m-f schedule, take a pay cut just to have a peace of mind. Also management treats you like you're disposable this is the kind of job where they will fire you at any moment for no reason, and not care at all that you have a family, and responsibilities. Upper management pretends to have an open door policy but they really will use what you say against you and they will say you are a problem/trouble if you voice your opinion too much Upper management turns a blind eye to the big issues, they do not want to fix anything call center is extremely unprofessional quality assurance department is unprofessional, they are nitpicky and disorganized upper management is a clique of buddies who doesn't do anything but shoot the crap all day you only get promoted if they like you or if you know someone, the promotions are rarely merit based micromanaged environment inexperienced and incompetent management

Lay offs were a mess

Pros

Talented people within should be looking for an opportunity to get off the ride.

Cons

The layoff process was a disaster. What a way to make an employee feel not valued and like dirt. The call was awkward and not well done. HR looked inept and should be embarrassed about how this was handled. We didn’t get our agreements until several days later and some of us received two versions. They tore apart teams, but kept parts of business units intact. People were also promoted so what a slap in the face to see someone posting about losing their job while someone else was promoted to an executive level position. Speaking of HR, they eliminated the only well run HR team, which was the Advance team. They eliminated some long standing and successful sales reps and people in product and finance. It felt like a game of darts by someone with impaired vision. There was little logic to whom was left behind across the board.

Pros

Some nice people on the teams, compelling product and reach

Cons

I’ve never seen anything like this company. Meetings are treated like meandering free-for-alls of academic opinions, people coming and going from calls, scope creep, insults, and more. The work feels like survival - not striving to achieve anything. Everything is reactive and swirling without any focus on real outcomes. Clinical operations are obstructionist of any meaningful progress. It’s a race to the bottom of quality (and falling stock price) and feels impossible. Many senior execs are extremely rude and disrespectful. Teams are not empowered so everything becomes a discussion with like 8 VPs who are more fixated on constraints than real goals. The culture doesn’t understand how to work in 2025 - nothing can be handled async, everything is another dramatic meeting. Nothing feels easy. The product development process is completely fragmented with a Solution Delivery (whatever that means) organization complicating simple product requirements.
