Great people, mediocre organization and high level leadership

Pros

Almost without exception my peers were dedicated and reasonable. I made some great friends here. Benefits are decent, work/life balance is more or less reasonable.

Cons

Very little standards or organization from a tech standpoint. Not a lot of coordination despite best efforts of SAFE.
