- It's rewarding to work at a company trying to help people and make the medical/mental health industry better. - Leadership team correctly steered clear of allowing prescribers to offer Controlled Substances via telemedicine

Cons

- The business got too big too fast, all teams were overloaded with 8+ hours of "endless meetings" - The Technology scrum experiment failed - Operations "Project Management" team was entirely useless and disconnected from IT technology scrum process - Betterhelp and Teladoc could have and should have hired extremely qualified and professional therapists/doctors. They didn't and it sank the entire product both companies were offering.
