I joined TeacherActive over three years ago as a trainee consultant and can genuinely say I love my job and the company itself. Training and development of the staff at every level is excellent. Fantastic, fair commission structure that rewards very well for the hard work put in. Each office is a fun, supportive environment with a real sense of belonging. There is a genuine emphasis business wide on always doing the best possible job for both schools and candidates.
