I started with TeacherActive when I was 18 and I have grown with this company tremendously as a businessman and as an individual. I'm 2 years down the line and I have earnt more money than my graduate friends will be making when 5 years into their jobs. It's not all about the money, you also gain a huge job satisfaction from taking a Teacher/TA/Support Staff or admin from not having a job or not happy with their current situation to giving them their near enough the perfect job. This company makes you feel part of a family; they would go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your everyday life style. They are supportive with their time, training and guidance. I have worked in another recruitment company prior to TeacherActive and I didn’t find any kind of support like I have found with this company. This company offers good career opportunities; you just need to be ready to give it all you can!

There is a genuine culture of helping staff to succeed and it doesn't matter where you're from or what you've done before, if you're willing to put the effort in and have a desire to be the best you get great rewards.
