Pros

*twice a year staff party, could be fun depending on the sort of person you are.

Cons

Low wages unless you are highly successful consultant - difficult when the main areas the office supports already have senior consultants covering these locations Extremely high staff turnover Cliques within staffing/management that affects others progression Poor recruitment structure for internal staff Lies at recruitment stage for salary, holiday, bonus structure and length of job role Long hours without extra pay - expected to do 12 hour days often to 'keep up' Severe lack of respect for the industry in which they work Strong sexism within the office, usually going on between senior male staff and accepted among lower paid staff All job adverts posted are fake and set up for targets Unrealistic expectations You will see many colleagues taken into a meeting room, only for them to then leave the building and never return. A tense and uncomfortable atmosphere!

Pros

Nothing at all really. Shambolic.

Cons

Boy here we go.... I wasn't going to waste my time writing a review for this company.... however after seeing that they are promoting glassdoor reviews I had to say how I felt. - Long hours and expected to work overtime for free with no recognition -Rotating door policy when it comes to consultants. They claim to spend time developing their consultants when in reality trainees are left with little training and end up either leaving or being sacked early into their career. -Senior staff that don't care about your mental wellbeing -low commission rates and salary compared to other agencies -Very structured day plan - you have to abide to doing everything during the times that they wish. You even get questioned when going to the bathroom.... -Don't provide you with the tools to be successful when it comes to resourcing. -other people in the company, dont care about the teachers ,support staff or schools they support. - will often tell candidates they're in fake meetings to not answer the phone. -shambolic response when it came to covid. classed everyone as essential workers. Wanted them in the office until half of the office got given Covid.
