A company that truly cares about it's employees and agency staff. Treating everyone with the respect they deserve. Top class training scheme and ongoing learning and development for everyone. A passionate team in the office working together to ensure success as a team. As long as you are willing to put in the hard work, everyone at TeacherActive is there to support you.

Cons

Working is recruitment is hard, there is no way around that. You should expect long hours especially in the beginning and be a resistant person.

I never have worked for a company that cares about its staff so much. With constant support, rewards, and training you are never made to feel like just a number. Management has a open and friendly approach.
