      - supportive environment - room for growth - reduced working hours during summer - fun social events that you really don't want to miss

      Cons

      The early starts were a bit of an adjustment but they do mean you finish earlier.

      Pros

      Amazing work culture with plenty of treats! High earning commission and possibly the best training in the market. LGBTQ+ Friendly and even celebrate pride company wide each year!

      Cons

      Very long hours, they are honest about this form the beginning though. You will start work early and finish late. The hours do eventually pay off though!

      Pros

      When I walked in to have my interview, I instantly felt the supportive culture and wanted to be a part of that. TeacherActive value every single member of staff here, so it's amazing to be a part of that. In my role, I get to see first hand how everyone celebrates one another’s success and how quickly people develop their careers. Management here is extremely supportive and I couldn't ask for a better manager!
