Pros

They only hide about 80% of real information from you. Finding out from our candidates that we owe millions of pounds :)

Cons

Pay the lowest commission out there. Manipulate you. Take on too many trainee’s so they can earn more. Be made to feel bad if you don’t attend additional events. Shocking management. Feels like you are at school here. Never get straight answers don't even tell you about your commission properly. Will try to do you over at any given chance

Pros

I worked here for less than a year and by summer it was evident the company looks after those who will succeed. The training provided is excellent, and senior management are always at the end of the phone for advice - I cannot fault this or their commitment to the business. I really enjoyed the role, there was career progression available. You were in control to a degree.

Cons

My area manager was very young and inexperienced, they crossed boundaries and could switch from a manager to your friend and back again in seconds. There was no clear management structure in the office - the aspiring team leader chose their favourites again and encouraged the gossip culture in the office, to the point they were purposely exacerbating a rift between 2 colleagues despite being in a 1:1 meeting where this issue was highlighted a week prior. The very long hours and exceedingly hard work- I admire everyone with the will power to stick it out. It's a hard hard job, but eventually the hard work will pay off (1 year +), if you aren't fired beforehand.

Pros

Motivating atmosphere, amazing commission scheme with the ability to earn huge amounts of money, staff engagement is great with a team of management who are always present and ready to support with anything you need. Very social employees who are totally inclusive of everyone which is great when you are a new starter! Feeling of autonomy over your own desk without being micromanaged, really look to build and develop you as a professional. Don’t just look at those with experience, will take someone with the right attitude and develop you into a talented recruiter through their outstanding training.

Cons

Very long hours which can be super tiring. Need to be 100% committed as it doesn’t really offer a work life balance
