Pros

High pressure helps with fast personal growth. I work with a lot of people that I really enjoy being around.

Cons

The work hours are petty long. Between 14 and 17 hour days. The upper leaders have more say on the schedule and department that you work in.

Poor Labor Policies

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Big company good salaries lots of opportunity

Cons

Labor policies don't allow for due process or just treatment of accused parties. Management is pushed beyond reasonable amounts to achieve unreasonable goals set outside of their control. Managers are often asked to work 80+ hour weeks to cover up for senior management screw ups Management is forced to use policies that don't allow for all parties voices to be heard and in turn treat labor unfairly Middle management has little to no laws/policies protecting them from allegations and disgruntled employees
