Pros

Mid-level managers and other teammates are a pleasure to work with. Everyone in the distribution centers care for each other during the long hours.

Cons

Management only cares about making daily quotas and saving money. Hardly care about safety and mental/physical well-being.

Pros

Good pay, 401k, and work culture

Cons

People get picked based on their political connections rather than pure talent and skills.

Peered out

Pros

Leadership cared to a certain extent and the pay was descent for the amount of work to be completed.

Cons

Long work hours and they claimed work life balance which was false. No matter if you are there to work or not you have to over watch your six as your side peer(s) will get you terminated.
