Management is unorganized and not responding to employee's concerns/suggestions Non existent work/life balance despite all the perks You are expected to be available at any time because "we don't work post office hours" Zero training and support for employee technical growth Not much time to do actual work because navigating corporate politics becomes much more important Unrealistic expectations from management in terms of task turnaround time

Cons: Hierarchical reporting to a point where feedbacks get lost somewhere in the dissemination flow Certain leaders impose their old school mindsets on their team members Bad work life balance due to manual workload + being the brunt of cleaning/receiving information on behalf of other country offices Forcing heavy workload and majority of team members being overwhelmed without lifelines (due to the culture of sucking it up)
