Pros

Good work environment, with issues like every other workplace; great vacation and sick time benefits; but THAT is it.

Cons

Poor management! Leadeeship does not care about employees, and it is not hidden anymore. Like many corporations, they care less about employees every year; health benefits in particular has gotten worst every year for the past 5 years. For 2019, they said “costs keep increasing and we will need employees to contribue more”. Well that is a lie. Actual policy costs for the same options offered during 2018 went down! Pros

Some interesting people to work with. Some interesting projects. Good benefits but below market rate salary,

Cons

Below market rate salary. High expectation for low pay. Lacking structured support. Senior Management is not held accountable for their failures and uses their teams as scapegoats. No processes in place to advance, everything is random and on the fly. Merit raises do not keep up with inflation index.

Pros

Nice work environment, employee discount

Cons

Salaries are way too low to live in London, currently living below the poverty line, considering to take a part time job on my time off. You wont be able to pay for a flat, or plan a future as an adult. The company loves to talk about “Tapestry values”, however 90% of the employees in the office cant live with dignity with such a low wages.
