Great people to work with, incentives, PTO, bonuses, summer hours.

Cons

Wish there would be more flexibility to work from home. Work/life balance needs improvement. I can't complain, but as a mother of small children , it would be nice to not commute so far every day.

They do not expect you to have a life outside of work. They want people to work 13 or more hours a day If you like to kiss up to advance your career this is the place for you to work
