A solid Company to work for with a few strings attached. As of today (7/15/2020), company seems a tad rudderless.

Decent salary, benefits. Nice building to work in. Exiting pace, with lack of process.

Cons

Not sure what direction upper management are going in. Talk of transformation with few tangible results seen. Nice work on inclusivity, etc.; but need more focus on employees and work. No new org charts after the lay-offs. Culture remains the same...nothing is changing.

the building is its nicest asset, having nothing to do with its current leadership -and now feels like the kings golden palace in the aftermath of major layoffs

Cons

the culture is highly elitist and secular. Executives protect themselves and layoff staff randomly in light of its economic downfall
