      Pros

      Good company to start work with as an overseas rep - good training and support available

      Cons

      Company going through a major re structure which seems to be more supportive of staff from some countries. Not many local contracts available for UK staff which means you have to move every 2 years whereas your counterparts from other source markets can stay in resort.

      You travel a lot and get discounts and good deals for your own holiday. You meer different culture people. It is very active and dinamic work.

      Cons

      It is very intensive work,demanding. You have no life and work balance. Your telephone rings all the time. Work 24/7

      Pros

      Great colleagues, sociable, occasional travel perks, fun products and lots of long- serving employees with passion and loyalty for the company.

      Cons

      Constant switches in strategy and confused direction from senior managers, short-termism to bring in numbers, lack of funding to investment, below average salaries, lots of poor people managers and resistance to change, ancient systems which restrict what can be developed.
