Pros

The organization is international, dynamic, fast paced and fun. There are many nice international colleagues around the world. It is a very large organization, so the business culture is very different in various TUI offices around the world. You have a lot of freedom around creating your objectives and personal development plan. If you are pro-active there are many international career opportunities and you will be able to run any project that you like. You can work in a more corporate or informal environment with flexible working hours.

Cons

Processes are not clearly defined it varies per country/business unit. Every business unit is focused on their own success and there are not many shared objectives across teams. Departments are slightly competitive and sensitive with information sharing. Between the various offices and brands there is not a strong TUI identity yet, but this will probably improve going forward.

Pros

It looks nice and friendly at first glance but... it is just a facade, watch your back Lot of nice words, values, objective but reality is another thing

Cons

Lot of back stabbing, politics, promises promises promises Huge turnover of developers, no rare cases of people leaving before 6 or even 2 months. Almost all developers are leaving, they have now to outsource almost everything as it is going worse and worse (look at the trend in Glassdoor) Promotions go only to the friends in the "Magic Circle" , no career opportunity Micro management, some bossy individuals Unfair place to work in, people are treated differently some can have breaks, leave early, come late, have deals, rewards others just have to shut up and work like mules

Pros

Collaborative, perks, decent resources, reasonable hours of work.

Cons

Management expectations were ridiculous, and the number of "experts" looking over your shoulder intolerable at times.
