Luxury Travel, but employees are not respected

You're constantly learning about new destinations for travel. Once in a while you can take advantage of a good travel deal.

Cons

Senior management does not support or provide enough resources to allow employees to do a great job. Staff is overloaded and overworked, resulting in low morale.

Support from other colleagues going through the same hell- they are the ones that keep you going

Cons

RSMS are bullys and love to make you feel bad at your job. Pay is horrendous for the amount we are expected to do. Always take the side if the customer and make you look stupid. Terrified of making a mistake- they love an action plan!!!
