      Pros

      There's a great sense of global community via their online platforms to communicate with overseas staff.

      Cons

      High turnover of seasonal staff leads to confusion between current policies and practices for all members of staff. As a year round employee not based in HO it was difficult to feel appreciated or have career progression.

      Horrible

      Pros

      Some very loyal long-standing staff, great product, nice head office.

      Cons

      Lack of support from area manager, unfair treatment, poor systems, disgusting conditions for staff areas in stores, poor training, unprofessional and power crazy bullies throwing their weight around in the name of Management, terrible behaviour from same staff on conference and events with seemingly no consequence if you're in the clique.
