Lack of support from area manager, unfair treatment, poor systems, disgusting conditions for staff areas in stores, poor training, unprofessional and power crazy bullies throwing their weight around in the name of Management, terrible behaviour from same staff on conference and events with seemingly no consequence if you're in the clique.
