Holiday allowance, helping customers, can be a fun environment
Cons
Extremely catty environment, I was subject to bullying and received no support, unless you suck up to higher management you’ll get nowhere, people got pushed up to management, whilst some deserved the promotion behind closed doors others were so unprofessional, very toxic environment, I left due to my mental health, I would leave late, be made to start way before my starting hours, a time I went theee days without eating because I didn’t get a lunch break and was starting so early and late.
