      Pros

      Thanks to great colleagues, I learned a lot. Great team spirit, trust, patience with colleagues and direct managers. Had the opportunity to be trained on many different destinations + Amadeus.

      Cons

      The company I was working merged with TUI. We were doing tailor made trips and were promised that it would still be our task but within a week, we were selling hotel-club trips and our experience was not valued.
