      Big group lots of opportunity for advancement in your career

      Cons

      the job is tough to get sale especially with the internet being cheaper too they obviously book online and you still have high targets expected of you by your manager the pay and commission is very poor example if a £6,000 holiday was booked you earn 50p on every thousand you make the company

      Pros

      Great experience. Some very good people working there. More of a focus in recent times on work/life balance. Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Some occasional friction between UK and parent company/other source markets. Can be slow moving and slow to change and also limited progression opportunities in some areas due to the nature of business structure and set up.
