      Truly international group that cares about it's employees Lots of opportunity and exciting plans

      Cons

      Lots of changes and can take some time to get used to them Can seem complex but that is due to size

      Good varied job role where you can learn so much about so many different types of holidays. Good team work.

      Cons

      Good progression in bigger stores but not so much in smaller stores where people like to stay working for many years. Needs better communication between retail and contact centre.
