work from abroad 3 weeks a year, discount on travels or tickets

Cons

low pay compared to the market, no support for employees - recent layoffs were not handled well. A lot of talk about international team and DEI, but each office is not diverse with different nationalities or backgrounds Difficult to grow as you have to apply for your next job and not actually being promoted Very corporate , slow, complex decision making where you don't make much impact in the lower scale roles
