This is a company that is trying to destroy the atmosphere a corporate workplace should be. It DELIBERATELY tries to smear its intelligent employees as underperformers. It even went so far as to attempt to delete data from the files these employees were working on. The goal here is to DELIBERATELY portray the employee as lazy. Please stay away from this company, and if you have any relatives who work here, please rescue them from this weird company !
