Pros

Depending on the project you will work with a nice tech stack and great partners. Good benefits. They will differ from one country to another. But in my case I really appreciate having two extra days off each year, the possiblility of remote working from another country during one moth and having discounts in activities. You can also have access to learning platforms, AWS courses, vouchers for AWS certifications, etc. This is a really big company, part of the TUI group, and this is something you will quickly notice. There are many initiatives that promote sustainability, diversity equity, inclusion, internal promotion, etc.

Cons

Again, it will depend on the project you are. Big company also means big technical debt in some areas.
