Pros

The company certainly strives to make employees happy by organising corporate events, attempting to be as transparent as possible, allowing 100% remote work, etc. The culture is collaborative, friendly, and laid-back.

Cons

You can't grow professionally. There are hundreds of internal vacancies, you apply to them, but most times an external candidate is selected. Most of my colleagues (and myself) have remained in the same role they were hired for years (2, 5, 7 years, I mean it). People either leave the organisation to get some professional advancement, or just simply forget about any professional growth and focus on other non-professional issues (such as raising a family) while making a living and enjoying a decent working environment. And it really doesn't matter how many postgraduate courses you take and how hard you work: External candidates are always preferred.
