Pros

Fantastic colleagues the crew really are the best to work with. Great incentives to achieve targets, lots of days off and great trips to certain destinations.

Cons

A lot of very early morning starts ( having to wake up at 02am and 12 hour plus days ). A lot of fatigue and a lot of flights landing in rush hour-meaning a long drive home after getting up at 2am

Many thanks for your review, it's lovely to hear your praise for your colleagues and that you got to visit some exciting destinations, that often makes up for the unsociable hours that won't suit everyone.

Pros

Met lovely people, enjoying working in another country, food, free excursions and speaking to customers.

Cons

The managers control your days off, you are supposed to have a day and a half but they will usually plan meeting you HAVE to go to and tell you you'll get free food but expect you to tip 5 euro's or more each time. The managers expect you to hit impossible targets and never came along to welcome meetings or walk about's to give feedback. 72 hour weeks and again no time off. I ended up quite unwell and that is why I quit. I was the 7th person to quit that season for Italy resort.

Pros

I worked over many season summer and winters overseas for the company and as much as its hard work you always know that the company is behind you. As much as I've worked in places before and just been a number I never felt like this with TUI. Put in hard work and you will be rewarded for it.

Cons

Sometimes I worked very long hours and I didn't do the job for the money. However they are one of the best paying tour operators
