Pros

I worked with a great group of people. Some training Fast paced work environment Something new everyday

Cons

Unrealistic expectations in terms of targets and workload Woeful commissions and low basic salary (£1 per £1000 turnover, or £4 per thousand if the shop hits its monthly target) High staff turnover- 6 people left in the 7 months i worked there in a team of around 12 people Always short of staff (team always needed an extra 2 people per shift) Overtime never paid back to me Poor and under-qualified management Very strong corporate message that, if you don't buy into, you're cast aside Terrible morale in the store due to all of these factors

Cons

Your just a number in such a large company. Pay is a terrible for what you are asked to do.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and highlight some of the great benefits available and the opportunities for career progression and development. Our recent commitments under our 'Global60' programme demonstrate our desire to offer more international careers to our colleagues. We regularly benchmark our pay and benefits as an overall package against industry norms and have recently introduced a colleague share scheme for all to participate in. Best of luck for the future.

Pros

Lovely people, great training, belief in the products knowing that they are quality, customer focused environment, fun!

Cons

Overtime paid back in lieu happens very often, working on 2 staff can be very very stressful and happens frequently, very little full time jobs available, they are mostly 16-24 hours a week.
