Pros

Some good government benefits, too bad all the annual leave is blocked out for the entire year by the end of January so you have to get lucky to get a day off.

Cons

Poor management, can't make up their mind about procedures. One supervisor will tell you something different than another supervisor. Management is more concerned with the throughput numbers than the staff.
