Pros

The Pros are that you learn so much and meet new people all the time. Also it helped me appreciate TSA a lot more than I did when I was a passenger. The learning process was awesome, everyday was a new experience. Same procedure, but new people and new steps on them .

Cons

Challenges would be the time, but what can we do about that?!

Pros

Has a lot of opportunity once you are in, great benefits and compensation right off the bat. Some of the people there are amazing and what's better than looking at the beautiful passengers as they are waling through the airport.

Cons

Work/Life balance is poor. There is no flexibility, you either work the schedule they tell you or nothing. Everything is based on seniority so you will get stuck with bad off days and working a terrible shift.

Pros

It was not the best place to work but it did have good benefits and good pay, so take it for what it is. the work-life balance is not good, but the job is not very difficult anyway. the hours may be very poor.

Cons

the management is not the best, and they don't seem to care to listen to anyone no matter what the issue may be. There is little personal growth, and the work culture is not very good either. I would suggest choosing a different line of work if you have the option.
