Pros

I worked with some good people, and the benefits were OK

Cons

Management does not trust or respect it's employees. When you first get hired with TSA, they want you to work part time. After a year or so, they want to promote you to full time: and after a few more years they want to get rid you. It can be difficult to get the time off that you need. The hours that you work are variable, depending on "operational needs". Management is incapable of reforming and policing itself. They tend to promote employees who they are having relationships with, instead of promoting people who are the best qualified for positions based on experience, skills, education, etc.
