Top to bottom communication is very poor Most information is communicated through word of mouth There is a high turnover so be aware of a revolving door of people and be ready to deal with multiple competing personalities

Everything. I don’t know if it was the airport I was at, but supervisors and up don’t care about you. Don’t care about the actual LIFE you have outside of the career. RIC SPECIFICALLY has a attendance issue and a morale issue. The management doesn’t care about morale and definitely doesn’t care if you get sick. Amazing career and purpose, but don’t come to VA or at least Richmond.
