Pros

-Decent pay -Gets you into the federal system. Stay here for a year then LEAVE!

Cons

-Every thing else is bad. - Hard to be taken serious because of loose uniform regulations and scummy co workers. - Can NOT use sick days for your first two years or you will be fired. End of story. - Felow employees are underachievers unless they’re younger and trying to move up. - Under appreciated by the public and management. - Management are NOT on your side. They are predatory and rewarded for firing you. -Supervisors and managers are highly unqualified. They do not possess leadership quality and it is very embarrassing. -Agency is under staffed and underfunded. - The agency on a whole is security theater and some of the things we had to do were just plain purposeless to national security. - You are not law enforcement. You get no weapon. You will either be touched or assaulted at least once during your stay, if not that, it will get pretty close. TSA does not care about you and will not go after the person 90% of the times with criminal charges.
