Pros

Cheap benefits. Uniform allotment. Interesting stories to tell people.

Repetitive and mundane job duties. Clueless managers who don't care to get to know you or listen to your problems. Cancer from radiation.

Pros

Depending on the city, TSA pays well.

Cons

Management at TSA is horrible. There are a lot if un-qualified individuals in positions of authority who make working at TSA difficult which has played heavily on the diminishing work morale at the agency.
