Pros

Benefits are great whether you're full time or part time. You get to meet with different people with different background. The pay is good

Cons

Management preach about communications when theirs are horrible. Wanna speak to someone from HR department? They only work about 2 out of the 40 hrs they get paid for. Micro-management, scheduling department are useless when you need accommodation for personal life like school, etc.

Good Benefits and Sick/ Vacation Leave Policy . Get to see interesting things and interact with other cultures that you often would not otherwise meet .

Cons

Occasional Rude Passengers. Many Ignorant co-workers and supervisors who are on power trips and think they are cops. More Concerned with screening people fast than actually screening people / bags for hazardous items . A lot of immature drama and gossip

There are not many pros. The pay is decent. The benefits are good.

The job itself sucks. The management suck on all levels. Scheduling sucks, they will not work with you for any reason whatsoever. It's their way or the highway
