It's a job. It's located downtown. You may acquire new skills depending on the project and the quality of the trainers. Not all projects have the same benefits.

Cons

Sales driven environment. Low ethics. A clear example of a company that holds a culture as a disguise. Average seniority is max 9 months. Mid management has better results pushing newcomers with fear of not passing the trial period than nurturing senior and knowledgeable workers. This is ultimately a reflection of their actual interest and care for their end customers. There is corruption, people who cheat for sales or bonuses and get rewarded, generally bad qualities are rewarded. Use this job as a way to come to Spain. You can only enjoy working here if you take advantage yourself and not take it seriously. Good luck!

They helped me relocate from Ireland to Spain with a quick onboarding.

Cons

Micromanagement - they need to manage your every breath. Instead of working through performance to measure good work, they need you to work non-stop with no breaks and no chatting with your co-workers, every minute counts Toxic environment - they do not promote any integration between the agents, no social events, not even free coffee. Bad management - nobody will listen to you, everything is done by generic corporate guidelines Salary - way below the market Work Schedule - for a job with no strict schedule, they make sure to release your month's schedule as late as possible, so you won't have time to make plans in advance. And you will rarely work 5 days in a row, the normal thing is 7 or 8.
