Product trainings were freaquent and relevant. A few people from middle management and across teams could teach you good tricks and tips.

Cons

Most of the management is very bad. The project clients are very condescending and try to get you to gossip about your managers to them. A lot of general gossip and unprofessionalism in the management teams.

For the UKI market - Some Google Culture, Amazing team leaders, Amazing direct management. Special people. Smart people. Friendly people. Decent equipment.

Cons

Part of Teleperformance. Old company habits. Spanish disorganization. Not efficient onboarding speed training. Call centre mindset. No real fun. Basic team building and "prizes". Pretend to be something they are not - a call centre dressed as Google. Gave power to people with no skills for that yet, most of them to young for these positions.

Management are terrible, school play ground mentality, they put you on illegal probations and then let people go on the spot after hiring them relocating and they say they dont have to give reason, every 6 months they will fire and rehire. Theysay its permenant and a lot of growth but they just fire and rehire staff every few months for their own benefit without warning. I didnt get fired i left on my own accord due to the negative work space, terrible rules and hours. Over 30 people left the company when i was just there due to this. complaints made about management and tls being really innapproptiate and assualting staff and it went ignored
