Cons
The original job I was hired for ended up falling through, right after a supervisor came in and we have job security. Also, we had to pay for our multiple background checks and exams that we had to take. The call center manager stated it would take 90 days to get reimbursed, even though I had to immediately pay for these items before I got hired. The dress code was business casual, but I felt like I was in a club everyday. Some women thought if they put a cardigan on over their skin tight mini dress, it was business casual and appropriate to wear. They also had the matching platform 6 inch heels to go with their stripper outfits. The company is contracted by USAA! If my fellow military comrads knew how the place was ran and the people dressed they would definitely take their business elsewhere.
