Good to learn about the corporate world and to learn fast about Google ads

Cons

Unfriendly environment (toxic), office is badly connected, no flexibility at all. A lot of micro management You are not working directly for Google, clients might not trust you since some of them know you are not calling from Google but from another company (partner company) TP is not a great company and salary is low. To earn more money you need to achieve targets, targets are usually achieved by giving wrong advise (on purpose) to clients as long as you do what your managers says you need to do in order to hit your target. No works ethics just hit your target and we the top performer. Don’t worry about giving the wrong advice to clients, they don’t really care about them!

None. Zilch. Zero. Stay Away.

Cons

They will try to pay you as little as possible. Government ordered them to increase all employee salaries by 3.5% so they included a clause in all new employees contracts that removes them off the obligation to pay this increase. Everybody is on different pay and all new employees will never get a pay rise. Do not sign any contracts until you point this clause out to them. They offer you nothing from a management perspective, everyone looks after themselves. Luckily the people you work with on your team are all very nice which is the only saving grace. Looking for a new job presently and will take the first offer I get to get out of this company.

-job title says marketing consultant, and yes partially you advise clients on their digital marketing strategy, but it involves a lot of upselling as well to reach targets. - trainings with slidedecks that are repetitive and non interactive - expiry date for someone with ambition is about 9 months to a year. Vertically, You have the posibility to move to a TL or training role within the company after a certain period.
