Nice Office and very international environment

Cons

to many, but here are some: bad trainings that are not helpful, Targets which are set by Google. Litterally "fake it till you make it" atmosphere requested by teamleaders. No transparence, unprofessional behaviours.

Pros

good atmosphere and relation with colleagues. 27 days per year of holidays + compensation days for every holiday worked. Salary higher than average for customer care rules.

Cons

Lots of issues with payslips. We have to check everything every month as there are a huge % of payslips with errors and missing money. Furthermore request for HR department always get late feedback and often are not useful, so raising new requests is needed. Holidays management is awful, with lots of requests rejected even though guidelines about when request for it are followed.
