Pros

Team is okay. Benefits are okay not much but you have to earn the benefits

Cons

If you cant do sales you cant stay here. They can guide but there is grey area what can and cannot be done because sometimes it cannot be dont but still practiced but certain people. Unfair. And 100% you’ll have no life (if you wanna get sales)
