Pros

Nothing good about this company at all ! It is absolute hell on earth !

Cons

Everything ! Pay is terrible, management are disgraceful, no time For employees and training is 6 weeks crammed into 6 days ! Worst company to work for ! They don't have a clue what's going on half the time but quick to discipline if you do one thing wrong ! If you are considering working here ... DONT !

Pros

The staff you work with are generally very good as they come from all walks of life.

Cons

The pay is disgraceful, especially for the job that is done. There is constantly back stabbing on the call floors and a lot of politics when it comes to progression. The atmosphere at times will leave you dreading work as people are constantly stressed due to many things. Lack of support from above or down to the types of calls you would be expected to take.

Pros

you get to meet a whole bunch of people who are like minded and of similar age to you, and making friends is really easy. the attitude to work there is fun.

Cons

having to deal with calls that can be irate or challenging can take their toll on you, but thats all part of the parcel of working in a call centre.
