Pros

Working in an international environment due to the amount of foreigners working in different projects.

Cons

The salaries vary according to the language you speak. For Portuguese speaking people there is not much advantages and a really low salary. For other languages it is offered a room in a shared Flat with other workers and salaries that start at 1000 euro per month. They don't care much about their workers, only their goals.
