Pros

It's easy to get hired in TP.

Cons

Very poor management. They do not know how to channelize pressure from Client's end to employees. HR team in inefficient. They make you extends the shift if day target is not achieved. And they do not pay for extra time you work. Managers will ask you to do Overtime but they do no guarantee for the payouts.
