Pros

You get Minium Wage paid into your Bank A/C

Cons

You are treated with disrespect on a daily Basis by TL's whom get paid for listening to calls and criticising people all day. These people refuse to do customer call-backs especially in Vodafone Campaign and take extended unauthorised breaks but do very little work. Customer's become more irate with us and distrusting as we're promised numerous call-backs in past which never happen. God forbid you tell the customer the truth about this as this will result in an immediate HR Meeting.

9/10 people get hired you will learn how to treat customers

Cons

Unprofessional, management is too busy flirting with supervisors and other agents to focus; no job security; write ups are based on who you know vs how well you do your job;; hr is 1 person and that lease for little room for an honest unbiased decision; they will change your schedule and force youth put open availability on your application or you will not get the job
