Pros

I truly enjoined my time at teleperformance. Most supervisors were great and would help you out when needed. The company takes good care of its employees. The office space was very nice and I was respected by my coworkers.

Cons

I think one of the biggest problem was training. Training was not sufficient and trainers didn't really know what they were talking about. Many people were completely lost once they started taking live calls and would quit soon after. If you give it time, once you get the hang of it its a pretty good job.

the pros to working at teleperformance it is that you get alot of discounts and its easy to move up to mangement.

Cons

the cons to working at teleperformance is the low raises no schedule flexibility and their is no health care benefits.

Pros

High Attrition means there are opportunities to move up fairly constantly. Most of the other employees are friendly and willing to help out with situations on calls Fun Committee events.

Cons

Back biting and politics Low pay across the board may not be able to move to your area expertise quickly most position that come open are for supervisors that leave or are recently fired.
