Pros

Lets see low pay, abusive no nothing trainers and managers, the person keeping your hours messes up and you are shorted 17 hours. Whoops those are cons, guess there are no pros

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, job is not too stressful, friendly colleagues and supervisors. There's some rest between calls.

Cons

It can be hard to find a working computer since there can be are a few that don't work and it takes a while for them to get fixed. Replacement of workers who left takes a long time. People sometimes steal your food!

Pros

The hours are great and work around my school schedule. They also have a fun atmosphere that makes the day go by a lot faster.

Cons

The job itself sucks. I talk to angry people oh the phone for 8 hours a day. Thats not really my cup of tea. Also, there is no part time work available.
